A form is published only when its procedure, authority, version and required fields are settled. Forms are published for United Hampshire procedures when the applicable authority, version and submission requirements are settled.
Using a form
- Use the form or online process specified for the particular court, tribunal or procedure.
- Read the current instructions and any applicable procedure rule or practice direction.
- Use the filing or submission route stated for that form.
- Keep the case reference and confirmation or receipt where one is issued.
Where an online service replaces a paper or downloadable form, the service page will say so.
