Your hearing
The hearing notice or later court or tribunal direction gives the authoritative date, time, venue or remote joining arrangements for your case. If the arrangements change, LL Courts & Tribunals Service issues the administrative notification required for the case.
Public hearing lists
No general public hearing list is currently published through this service.
A hearing is listed publicly only from an authoritative court or tribunal listing record and subject to any restriction on publication or attendance.
Changes and adjournments
Administrative staff cannot promise that a hearing will be adjourned or moved. A request must use the applicable procedure; the judge or tribunal decides where judicial determination is required.
