If you are a current member
membership is the citizenship status of Havenstead. If your membership subsists, you do not need to apply for immigration permission merely to return as a member.
Being absent from Roblox, Discord or a particular United Hampshire space does not by itself end membership. A restriction affecting one platform, place, service or activity does not automatically amount to exclusion from United Hampshire as a whole.
Re-entry verification is not yet open
The guidance is available now, but the member re-entry verification intake has not yet been released for public use. Do not use an old HRC form as a substitute.
If you are not a member
Use the immigration service for the entry or immigration route that applies. A former HRC role, server rank, application or community title does not itself create present membership or immigration status.

If you are not sure whether your membership still subsists
When the re-entry verification service is open, use it to ask authorised caseworkers to confirm the relevant current record and identify the correct next step. The public website does not reveal membership records from a name or username search.
If a historical HRC restriction may affect your return
A historical blacklist, ban or restriction is not automatically converted into a current whole-United-Hampshire exclusion. Its present effect depends on what the restriction actually was, whether a current lawful or administrative basis exists and which authority is now competent to deal with it.
Further guidance on historical restrictions will be published through the current Government guidance collection when its legal and policing cross-checks are complete.
Do not breach a current restriction
Asking for status or re-entry verification does not cancel, vary or suspend a restriction. A restriction changes only through the competent authority and the applicable complaint, reconsideration, review, appeal or other lawful process.
